Scope of Services

• SBMC W.L.L. provides professional services to clients in the Kingdom of Bahrain as well as globally on a project or retainer (monthly) basis.

Service Delivery

• Service timelines, milestones, and deliverables are clearly defined in the project proposal or agreement shared with the client prior to approval.
• Work commences only after formal client approval and/or agreed payment terms.

Timeline & Completion

• Delivery timelines vary depending on the nature and scope of each project.
• Estimated completion dates are provided in the proposal and may be adjusted upon mutual agreement.

Revisions

• Any revisions or additional work outside the agreed scope may affect delivery timelines and may incur additional charges.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide all required information, materials, and approvals on time.
• Delays from the client side may result in adjusted delivery schedules.
